Miss California contestants share zoo fun before competition begins

The Miss California contestants toured Fresno Chaffee Zoo Sunday, a chance to have fun before their annual competition gets underway.

The competition events begin Tuesday at the William Saroyan Theatre and continue through Thursday. Each night starts at 7 p.m., and can be viewed on a live stream, or tickets are available at Ticketmaster.

On Friday the Miss California Outstanding Teen coronation will start at 5 p.m. at the theater.

On Saturday, the Miss California State Finals will start at 5 p.m. at the Saroyan. The final will also be broadcast on CBS 47 from 8 to 11 p.m.
