Eight displaced in southeast Fresno fire

Eight people were displaced overnight in southeast Fresno, the Fresno Fire Department reported. The fire, which was possibly caused by an electrical malfunction, broke out near East Orleans and South Hamilton avenues. The amount of damage was under investigation.
