Missing Visalia man threatens harm to self, police say

Visalia police are looking for a missing 58-year-old man who has threatened to harm himself.

Yue “Randy” Chen, is 5 foot 7, 170 pounds with short black hair. He could be driving a 2017 Nissan Rogue four-door sport-utility vehicle, California license plate number 7TRM713.

He was first reported missing by his family about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Police advise not approaching Chen if you see him or his vehicle and to call 911.
