Sanger canal crash victim identified

The Fresno County Sheriff-Coroner’s Office has identified the man who died when his car plunged into a canal near Sanger Friday morning. He is Fernando Panzo Quiahua, 32, of Sanger.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
