Traffic forum for old Fig Garden area is tonight

Fresno County Supervisor Andreas Borgeas will hold a forum Tuesday for residents of the old Fig Garden area about reducing speed and improving safety along Ashlan Avenue.

Borgeas said his office will propose a series of traffic calming measures to slow motorists and add safe pedestrian crossings.

The meeting is at 6 p.m. in the Fig Garden Swim & Racquet Club, 4722 N. Maroa Ave.
