Crash reported on Highway 99 in Tulare

Northbound Highway 99 in Tulare is snarled because of a crash involving two tractor-trailer rigs, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The accident was reported on CHP’s incident page at 7:48 a.m. It’s on 99 just north of the Tulare Outlet Center. At least five vehicles are involved.

No other information was immediately available.
