A Reedley high school girl has died of her injuries suffered in a single vehicle collision at the Reedley College campus, the college announced on Saturday.

The unidentified girl was a student at Reedley Middle College High School, a partnership between Reedley College and Kings Canyon Unified School District. The school is based on the Reedley College campus.

Reedley College and Kings Canyon Unified School District are collaborating to help the California Highway Patrol in their investigation of the Tuesday evening crash. The college’s statement did not say when the girl died or indicate how old she was.

“On behalf of Reedley College and State Center Community College District, I send my sincerest condolences to the family and friends of our student,” said Reedley College President Sandra Caldwell. “My thoughts and prayers, and those of the entire Reedley College community, are with them. I am deeply saddened by what has occurred.”

Psych Services after being offered on the Reedley campus for students and employees from both State Center Community College District and Kings Canyon Unified School District.
