Feeding Families Fund Drive to benefit Community Food Bank

Gar Tootelian, Inc. will be hosting the 3rd Annual Feeding Families Fund Drive on Sept. 16 to benefit the Community Food Bank.

The Reedley-based farm chemical and fertilizer company will be joining KMJ Radio, The Market and Fresno Madera Farm Credit to raise funds and awareness for the food bank.

You can donate by doing one of the following on Sept. 16: at The Market, 7088 N. West Ave. in Fresno; mail a check to the Community Food Bank 3403 E. Central Ave. Fresno, CA 93725 or online at www.communityfoodbank.net.

“Lawmakers and regulators have largely ignored the ag industry and the hard working families in our rural communities, leaving many of our Valley families, children and seniors hungry,” said Greg Musson, president of Gar Tootelian, Inc. “Thankfully, the Community Food Bank helps to fill the gap by supporting 180 agencies throughout the Valley with 38 million pounds of food annually.”
