Fourth-graders sample Native American life
More than 400 fourth-graders were scheduled to participate in three days of learning Native American culture, history and tradition at Three Rivers Historical Museum.
Members of local Yokut tribes conducted the classes that started Wednesday and end Friday.
Students are expected from elementary schools in Three Rivers, Lemon Cove, Visalia, Porterville, Tulare and Woodlake.
