California Gov. Gavin Newsom delivered remarks at his daily coronavirus press conference on Monday. Watch a recording of the livestream by clicking on the video below.

Earlier Monday, Nevada and Colorado announced that they would join California, Oregon and Washington in a regional pact on re-opening their economies.

“I want to thank Colorado and Nevada for joining the Western States Pact,” Newsom said in a news release. “COVID-19 doesn’t follow state or national boundaries, and it will take every level of government, working together to get the upper hand on this virus.”
