A gambler got lucky on a slot machine in Southern California, winning a jackpot worth thousands.

The visitor was at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, the casino said in an April 23 post on X, formerly known as Twitter.

She sat at a dancing drums slot machine and bet $2.64 before hitting spin.

Then she watched as the symbols flashed across the screen until a $12,044.69 jackpot message appeared.

“Congratulations to Linda, who smashed those drums and danced her way to victory!” the casino said in the post.

Pechanga Resort Casino is in Riverside County.

Another gambler recently got lucky at a casino.

The California player traveled to Virgin Hotels Las Vegas and scored a $1,515,034.61 slot machine jackpot, McClatchy News reported.
