Full-time job covering Taylor Swift? Here’s how her Northern California show went
USA Today and the Tennessean newspaper in Nashville are hiring reporters to cover Taylor Swift and Beyoncé full-time.
The job posts from the Gannett-owned media outlet for both stars quickly went viral Tuesday and Wednesday.
The journalists will focus on concerts, fans and the artists’ influence in the music industry. The pay ranges from $21.63 to $50.87 an hour for both remote gigs — that’s up to roughly $105,000 a year for a 40-hour workweek. International travel is expected, according to the want ad.
The company is looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in a digital-first newsroom.
