The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $233. That’s $4 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $231.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Clovis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $263.

The best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $147.

In the past week, a 1,436-square-foot home on North Orchard Street in Fresno sold for $335,000.
