Clovis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Clovis the week of Sep. 17

The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis increased in the past week to $263, which is the highest in the county. That’s $26 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $254.

After Clovis, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $241.

The best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $147.

In the past week, a 2,315-square-foot home on Rall Avenue in Clovis sold for $610,000.
