Fresno-area home sales: Real estate prices in Fresno the week of Sep. 10

The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $231. That’s $9 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $240.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $292.

The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $156.

In the past week, a 1,753-square-foot home on North Brookdale Drive in Fresno sold for $405,000.
