After Shaver Lake, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Friant area, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $283.

The best deal can be found in Yokuts Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $142.

In the past two weeks, a 2,601-square-foot home on Crest Vista Lane in Shaver Lake sold for $940,000.
