The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $240. That’s $6 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $253.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $282.

The best deal can be found in Yokuts Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $142.

In the past week, a 1,708-square-foot home on East Alta Avenue in Fresno sold for $410,000.
