Yocuts Valley-area home sales: Real estate prices in Yocuts Valley the week of Aug. 27
The median price per square foot for a home in Yokuts Valley in the past three weeks was $139, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $110 less than the Fresno County median.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past three weeks was $316.
Outside of Yokuts Valley, the best deal can be found in Riverdale, San Joaquin, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $156.
In the past three weeks, a 2,172-square-foot home on Cardinal Lane in Yokuts Valley sold for $302,000.
