Clovis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Clovis the week of Aug. 27
The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis decreased in the past week to $266. That’s $11 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $272.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $400.
The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $137.
In the past week, a 2,366-square-foot home on North Ryan Avenue in Clovis sold for $630,000.
