The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $253. That’s $2 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $238.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $400.
The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $137.
In the past week, a 1,063-square-foot home on East Illinois Avenue in Fresno sold for $270,000.
