Fresno-area home sales: Real estate prices in Fresno the week of Aug. 20
The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $238. That’s $8 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $237.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $316.
The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $139.
In the past week, a 1,446-square-foot home on North Hughes Avenue in Fresno sold for $345,000.
