The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis increased in the past week to $272. That’s $26 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $267.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $316.
The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $139.
In the past week, a 1,515-square-foot home on Fremont Avenue in Clovis sold for $412,500.
