Friant area-area home sales: Real estate prices in Friant area the week of Aug. 13

The median price per square foot for a home in Friant area increased in the past week to $245. That’s $1 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Friant area was $203.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Parlier area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $277.

The best deal can be found in Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $150.

In the past week, a 2,178-square-foot home on Cranberry Road in Friant area sold for $535,000.
