Fresno-area home sales: Real estate prices in Fresno the week of Aug. 13

The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $237. That’s $9 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $238.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Parlier area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $277.

The best deal can be found in Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $150.

In the past week, a 1,368-square-foot home on North Garden Avenue in Fresno sold for $325,000.
