Shaver Lake-area home sales: Real estate prices in Shaver Lake the week of Aug. 6
The median price per square foot for a home in Shaver Lake increased in the past week to $427, which is the highest in the county. That’s $183 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Shaver Lake was $299.
After Shaver Lake, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $273.
The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $186.
In the past week, a 1,308-square-foot home on Black Oak Way in Shaver Lake sold for $559,000.
