Sanger-area home sales: Real estate prices in Sanger the week of Aug. 6

The median price per square foot for a home in Sanger increased in the past week to $243. That’s $1 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Sanger was $223.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $427.

The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $186.

In the past week, a 1,012-square-foot home on Church Avenue in Sanger sold for $246,000.
