The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $238. That’s $6 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $240.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $427.
The best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $186.
In the past week, a 1,587-square-foot home on West Bullard Avenue in Fresno sold for $378,000.
