Madera Ranchos-area home sales: Real estate prices in Madera Ranchos the week of Aug. 6

The median price per square foot for a home in Madera Ranchos decreased in the past week to $245. That’s the same price as the Madera County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Madera Ranchos was $264.

The most expensive community in Madera County is Oakhurst, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $313.

The best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $203.

In the past week, a 2,690-square-foot home on Expedition Avenue in Madera Ranchos sold for $659,500.
