The median price per square foot for a home in Shaver Lake decreased in the past week to $299, which is the highest in the county. That’s $54 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Shaver Lake was $365.

After Shaver Lake, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Clovis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $269.

The best deal can be found in Riverdale, San Joaquin, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $124.

In the past week, a 1,368-square-foot home on Redwood Road in Shaver Lake sold for $410,000.
