The median price per square foot for a home in Sanger decreased in the past week to $256. That’s $6 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Sanger was $270.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $365.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $209.

In the past week, a 2,687-square-foot home on North Bethel Avenue in Sanger sold for $688,000.
