The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $244. That’s $6 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $236.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $365.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $209.

In the past week, a 1,176-square-foot home on East Brown Avenue in Fresno sold for $288,000.
