The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $396.
The best deal can be found in Friant area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $179.
In the past week, a 1,180-square-foot home on North Hughes Avenue in Fresno sold for $279,000.
