The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $238. That’s the same price as the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $241.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Clovis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $258.

The best deal can be found in Huron Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $114.

In the past week, a 1,496-square-foot home on North Vagedes Avenue in Fresno sold for $357,500.
