The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $241. That’s $23 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $236.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Sanger, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $315.

The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $193.

In the past week, a 1,348-square-foot home on North Ricewood Avenue in Fresno sold for $325,000.
