Sanger-area home sales: Real estate prices in Sanger the week of June 25

The median price per square foot for a home in Sanger increased in the past week to $260, which is the highest in the county. That’s $22 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Sanger was $209.

After Sanger, the most expensive community in Fresno County is Los Banos, Dos Palos, Gustine, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $257.

The best deal can be found in Raisin City area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $161.

In the past week, a 2,364-square-foot home on North Bethel Avenue in Sanger sold for $615,000.
