The most expensive community in Fresno County is Sanger, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $260.

The best deal can be found in Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $169.

In the past week, a 1,368-square-foot home on East Tulare Street in Fresno sold for $324,000.
