The median price per square foot for a home in Squaw Valley in the past two weeks was $181, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $58 less than the Fresno County median.
The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $367.
Outside of Squaw Valley, the best deal can be found in Parlier area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $200.
In the past two weeks, a 2,067-square-foot home on George Smith Road in Squaw Valley sold for $375,000.
