The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the past week to $229. That’s $3 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $223.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Friant area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $269.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $181.

In the past week, a 2,828-square-foot home on West Peace River Drive in Fresno sold for $649,500.
