The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis decreased in the last week to $233. That’s $3 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $250.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $273.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $140.

In the last week, a 2,287-square-foot home on Purvis Avenue in Clovis sold for $535,000.
