The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the last week to $224. That’s $6 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $221.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $273.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $140.

In the past week, a 1,670-square-foot home on North Callisch Street in Fresno sold for $375,000.
