The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno increased in the last week to $225. That’s $5 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $207.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $318.

The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $62.

In the last week, a 1,328-square-foot home on Arden Drive in Fresno sold for $300,000.
