The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $318.
The best deal can be found in Squaw Valley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $62.
In the last week, a 1,328-square-foot home on Arden Drive in Fresno sold for $300,000.
