The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the last week to $207. That’s $17 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $216.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Parlier area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $354.

The best deal can be found in Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $188.

In the past week, a 1,396-square-foot home on East Pine Avenue in Fresno sold for $290,000.
