The most expensive community in Fresno County is Parlier area, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $354.

The best deal can be found in Kingsburg, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $188.

In the last week, a 1,402-square-foot home on Paula Drive in Clovis sold for $360,000.
