The most expensive community in Fresno County is Friant area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $248.
Outside of Fresno, the best deal can be found in Kerman area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $166.
In the last week, a 1,782-square-foot home on East Yale Avenue in Fresno sold for $293,551.
