The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the last week to $164, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $30 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $203.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Friant area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $248.

Outside of Fresno, the best deal can be found in Kerman area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $166.

In the last week, a 1,782-square-foot home on East Yale Avenue in Fresno sold for $293,551.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Jan. 23.
