• In October 2022, a 1,702-square-foot home on Del Monte Avenue in Clovis sold for $460,000, a price per square foot of $270.
• A 2,025-square-foot home on the 8600 block of East Herndon Avenue in Clovis sold in May 2022 for $308,000, a price per square foot of $152.
• On East Paul Avenue, Clovis, in May 2022, a 2,412-square-foot home was sold for $790,000, a price per square foot of $328.
