The median price per square foot for a home in Fresno decreased in the past week to $221. That’s $3 less than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Fresno was $223.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Sanger, Riverdale, San Joaquin, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $257.

The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $78.

In the past week, a 1,284-square-foot home on Norris Drive in Fresno sold for $285,000.
