Single family residence sells for $260,000 in Sanger

A house built in 1949 located in the 2100 block of Sixth Street in Sanger has a new owner. The 1,386-square-foot property was sold on Dec. 21, 2022. The $260,000 purchase price works out to $188 per square foot. The property features three bedrooms, one bathroom, a garage, and two parking spaces. It sits on an 8,192-square-foot lot.

Additional houses have recently been purchased close by:

• On Sixth Street, Sanger, in June 2022, a 1,645-square-foot home was sold for $350,000, a price per square foot of $213.
• In April 2022, a 1,844-square-foot home on Sixth Street in Sanger sold for $350,000, a price per square foot of $190.
• A 3,799-square-foot home on the 2200 block of Seventh Street in Sanger sold in June 2022 for $510,000, a price per square foot of $134.
