Single-family house sells in Friant area for $1.2 million

The spacious property located in the 17000 block of North Burroughs Avenue in Friant area was sold on Dec. 12, 2022 for $1,170,000, or $321 per square foot. The property features five bedrooms, four baths, a garage, and four parking spaces. It sits on a 4.3-acre lot, which also has a pool.

Additional houses have recently changed hands close by:

• In December 2022, a 1,556-square-foot home on Converse Avenue in Friant sold for $336,000, a price per square foot of $216.
• A 2,140-square-foot home on the 3900 block of Converse Avenue in Friant sold in June 2022 for $265,000, a price per square foot of $124.
• On North Waldby Avenue, Friant, in August 2022, a 1,350-square-foot home was sold for $292,000, a price per square foot of $216.
