The median price per square foot for a home in Clovis increased in the past week to $251. That’s $21 more than the Fresno County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Clovis was $250.

The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $267.

The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $156.

In the past week, a 2,545-square-foot home on West Chennault Avenue in Clovis sold for $640,000.
