The most expensive community in Fresno County is Shaver Lake, where the median price per square foot in the last week was $267.
The best deal can be found in Reedley, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $156.
In the last week, a 1,306-square-foot home on East Ball Avenue in Fresno sold for $300,000.
